The product portfolio includes wiring harnesses for extending (e.g. extension cables for the rear lamp), for supplementing (e.g. Y extension cable for adding a 3rd brake light), for adapting (e.g. 15-pin adapter cable ISO 12098 plug to type N/S sockets) and as equipment (e.g. NATO jump-start cable).
Custom designs
In addition to standard wiring harnesses, our cable assembly also includes customer-specific and individual custom designs. The product solutions are developed in cooperation with the customer. These range from minor modifications to standardised products, such as a change in length or an additional cable branch, to complex cable looms for industry and vehicle construction.

High quality in line with requirements is achieved through ongoing quality monitoring during production, right through to the final electrical test.
Our quality control includes crimp height measurement, pull-off force measurement, crimp force monitoring and micrograph analysis, among other things.
